Located in Illinois, on Chicago's breathtaking Riverwalk, NJA Interiors led the virtual full-service design of this penthouse apartment for a repeat client. Transitioning from Queens, NY, she wanted a home that felt soulful, functional, and perfect for entertaining while keeping a connection to her roots. The challenge was transforming the new space into something that felt personal and inviting, rather than just another modern high-rise—all from a distance.

To achieve this, we sourced new furniture, created a thoughtful paint plan, and designed a custom wallpaper featuring her name and favorite Queens references—bringing a slice of home into her new city. We coordinated all furniture deliveries and wallpaper installation remotely, ensuring a seamless experience. The result is a romantic yet comfortable retreat, balancing vibrancy and calm, where she can both relax and host loved ones with ease.
