THE PROCESS
Here’s what you can expect when we work together on your project.
Our design process is based on 3 simple steps that we tailor to suit your unique needs. Open communication throughout the process makes this journey a flexible and collaborative effort. We cater to jobs big and small with a focus on whole house and full room designs, as well as new construction, residential renovation, and furnishing and accessorizing your space for a picture-perfect result.
PHASE 1
Let's Get Acquainted
Every project starts with a discovery call. After our call, we schedule an initial consultation that sets the tone for the overall design. We establish a clear vision of your lifestyle needs and are able to personalize the design. We explore inspiration, your style, help you establish a full budget, a timeline and provide a detailed proposal for your project.
PHASE 2
Planning & Development
We take what we've learned about you and your project and create a full design within your budget. We meet with your architect, builder any other trade partners required. Through floorplans, moodboards, and realistic drawings we develop a unique design that you can visualize. We present furniture selections, wall paper, window covering, flooring along with samples so you can touch and feel.
PHASE 3
Purchasing & Project Development
After your approval of the final design and seeing how you’re your project will come together, we transform your vision into reality. We place orders for approved furniture and coordinate all communication with trade personnel and vendors. While managing construction, we make sure the project stays on track and within budget ensuring YOU feel great throughout this process.
PHASE 4
The Big Reveal​
This is the moment you’ve been waiting for. All the design details have been specified, your furniture and accessories are ready for their final destination. We coordinate the delivery and installation of all the key components along with all the special touches that breathe life into your space! The design is revealed so that you can begin to enjoy every second of your home in pure bliss.
